Nicola joined Parker Arrenberg in 2021 and was quickly offered a partnership at the Firm.  In her early legal career Nicola spent most of the time at Southwark Crown Court represented clients indicted on multi million-pound fraud and money laundering criminal cases.   This is when she developed an avid  interest in confiscation proceedings, or more commonly referred to as POCA (Proceeds of Crime Act).

She extended her practice areas in 2010, slowly moving away from the world of fraud, and Nicola now spends all her time advising clients on commercial and employment matters.   Her speciality is assisting SME’s that are either being established, expanding, restructuring, downsizing or being sold.  She further facilitates the business owners with the legal support they require.

Nicola has always demonstrated a determined and focused attitude and thrives on the challenge of working outside her comfort zone, ensuring the delivery of the right results for each and every client. She has have developed credibility with clients with whom she has built long-term and trusted relationships.

She prides herself on her communications skills and her ability to deliver, and stand, by well-informed advice presenting it in a manner which is legal jargon free and easily understood.

Nicola is a commercially astute and equipped expertise in employment, regulatory/dispute resolution and commercial law.

In her spare time Nicola loves nothing more than cooking for a table surrounded by friends and family.
