Mark Pendleton

Areas of Specialism:  Probate Law

With over 20 years of experience in Probate Law, Mark is a qualified expert Solicitor who specialises in Will writing and Powers of Attorney Law. Mark is part of the Private Client department and has worked with Parker Arrenberg for more than 16 years making him a specialist in his sector.

While the circumstances that require this service can be quite sensitive and unfortunate at times, Mark’s understanding, dedicated and compassionate nature allows him to assist all clients that are in need, in the most efficient and appropriate manner. Mark’s passion for helping individuals cope during a difficult and traumatic time is what drove him to the legal sector.

Mark graduated from UCL and BPP College of law with a PHD, GDL and LPC. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2010 Mark then became a director of the firm in 2016.

Apart from being a very ‘hands-on’ Dad to his three children — Kitty (14), Ned (12) and Nell (6), Mark enjoys a unique hobby which you will have to see to believe. (Check him out on Instagram @a_lego_dad)
