Daniel Mahony is a Solicitor at Parker Arrenberg Solicitors and is part of the next generation of the Mahony family within the firm, working alongside his father, Dan Mahony, who has been a solicitor for 50 years.

Daniel brings to Parker Arrenberg a distinctive combination of legal knowledge, commercial experience and real-world business insight. Before qualifying as a solicitor, he built a successful career in the telecommunications sector, working with major national and international businesses.

Daniel later returned to law with renewed focus and determination. Driven by a strong belief in fairness and a commitment to helping clients resolve problems, he refreshed his legal knowledge by completing the GDL at the University of Law in 2019–2020. He went on to graduate in 2021 with a distinction in his LPC.

Since qualifying as a solicitor, Daniel has advised clients across a range of legal matters, including commercial litigation, matrimonial issues and property disputes. His commercial background gives him a practical understanding of the pressures faced by individuals and businesses, while his attentive and determined approach ensures that clients feel supported and properly represented.

Daniel is known for his clear communication, careful preparation and genuine commitment to achieving the right outcome. His passion for the law, combined with his approachable manner, has made him a popular and trusted adviser among the firm’s clients.

Daniel qualified as a notary public in 2024 meaning that Parker Arrenberg can boast of having two notaries public, and the only father/son notary team in England and Wales.

Outside of work, Daniel is a keen cyclist and regularly takes part in charity rides. Most recently, he completed the 980 mile Land’s End to John O’Groats ride in 9 days for the third time, raising money for research into Parkinson’s disease.

Daniel is also the proud owner of Cooper and Gus, Golden Retrievers who can often be found in the office enthusiastically redistributing shoes and staplers.
